Opened in 2015, this iron-and-leather-clad space features a sake bar stocked with more than 80 bottles. The dining room offers focused menus highlighting spicy tuna and salmon avocado hand rolls, ribeye, and a watercress and avocado salad. For daytime dining, there is the Ebisu Business lunch. Cocktails, like the house take on the old fashioned, are served with premium, slow-melting ice. The private dining and event spaces can transform from four rooms into one, accommodating up to 500 guests.
