Natural Wine and a Zero-Waste Kitchen in Fort Greene
Sip natural wine and simple small plates in a carbon-neutral Fort Greene room that runs on a zero-waste system.
🍷 Order at the Bar, Waste Nothing
Rhodora sits on a quiet Fort Greene corner, a small room the Oberon Group built around one idea, pour natural wine and throw almost nothing away. You order at the front, pick a seat by the window or out on the sidewalk tables, and the staff carries everything over. The wine list stays short and by the glass, leaning on natural producers you rarely find stacked on a shelf. Food is deliberately compact, cheese plates and burrata meant to sit alongside a pour rather than crowd it out, and the kitchen rotates through takeovers and pop-ups that keep the menu shifting. The whole place runs carbon-neutral, from what gets sourced down to what lands in the bin. Doors open at 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and stretch to midnight on Friday and Saturday, with earlier 1:00 PM starts across the weekend. One glass and a plate works, and the room rewards a longer, slower evening.
