Muskrat Cove

Tucked just outside the Woodlawn Metro-North station parking area, this park marks the upper end of a six-mile stretch of the Bronx River Greenway, a multi-use path winding down to Soundview Park. While the Nereid Avenue Bridge passes overhead, the waters below provide a launching point for canoeing. The neighborhood's hand is visible in the well-kept paths and the locals who have come here to hang out for decades, alongside volunteers partnering with the Bronx River Alliance for community clean-ups.
