Flatiron Mexican Dinner Ending in Corn Husk Meringue

Share duck carnitas, scallop and octopus plates from Enrique Olvera, then order the Ninja cocktail at the bar.

Corn dessert closes the meal.

🌽 A Corn Husk Finale

Cosme brings Enrique Olvera to the dinner conversation in Flatiron, with a menu of refined Mexican plates at 35 East 21st Street. Duck carnitas is part of the lineup, alongside seafood dishes such as scallop and octopus. A light mole sauce adds another traditional flavor to the meal. The kitchen pairs local, seasonal ingredients with Mexican flavors, building its menu around plates to share across the table.

The dining room has a dimmed, intimate atmosphere, while the bar focuses on artisanal spirits and includes the Ninja cocktail among its drinks. Leave a little space at the end of the meal for the signature corn husk meringue, a dessert built around corn with a mix of airy, crunchy and sweet textures.

Cosme opens daily at 5 PM, closing at half past nine PM Sunday through Wednesday and at 10 PM Thursday through Saturday.
