Union Square French Brasserie With Dry Aged Steaks and Escargot
Start with escargot or bone marrow, move to beef bourguignon, and ask the sommelier about the wine list.
🥩 Beyond the Grill
Boucherie Union Square turns a Manhattan meal toward the French brasserie at 225 Park Avenue South. The grill puts dry aged steaks at the center, while the rest of the menu leaves plenty of room to explore. Escargot, bone marrow and beef carpaccio lead into main courses including beef bourguignon, salmon and lobster pasta. Start with a traditional plate before making your choice from the richer dishes.
The dining room carries a cozy energy, and the wine list comes with sommelier service on the floor. Take a seat at the bar for a different way into the meal, with the full kitchen and dessert offerings available there too. You can keep your dinner at the counter instead of moving to a table.
The doors open Monday through Friday from 11 AM to midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to midnight.
