Dry Aged Beef Meets Duck Lasagna On The Bowery

Build a celebratory meal from Spanish octopus, filet mignon meatballs, a house burger, and classic chops.

Plan dinner at Bowery Meat Company.

🍽 Beyond The Steak

Bowery Meat Company builds dinner around dry aged New York strips, prized A5 Wagyu, large format roasts, chops, and a proprietary house burger. The opening stretch is just as deliberate, with broiled oysters, Spanish octopus, and filet mignon meatballs before the heavier cuts arrive.

Dinner begins at 5 PM every day, with Sunday and Monday closing at 9 PM and Tuesday through Saturday running until 10 PM. Just off the Bowery on East 1st Street, the menu also makes room for the signature duck lasagna, a refined comfort food counterpoint to the grill.

The sleek room is tailored for celebratory dining, with classic grill signatures executed with modern flair. Steaks generally run from 100 to 150 dollars, and the top cuts climb past that. Order for the table and let the meal unfold in courses, a natural fit for date nights, birthdays, and group dinners that want a proper steakhouse spread.
