Manhattan Yakitori With Salt or Tare on Every Charcoal Skewer
Pick salt or tare for each skewer on the Okonomi Course, or book the chef counter for the Omakase Course.
🔥 Salt or Tare
Charcoal takes the lead at Yakitori Torishin, where Master Chef Shu Ikeda prepares Japanese skewers with precision. The Yakitori Okonomi Course lets you choose salt or tare seasoning for each piece, an invitation to get specific about your order.
The Select Special Omakase Course offers a separate course option. Chicken oyster, bento flake tofu, and salmon dishes are among the menu choices, with mocktails available at the chef counter. Book a place at that counter for a meal that keeps the focus on the cooking. The upscale restaurant suits a date night or a special occasion centered on Japanese cooking.
Find it at 362 West 53rd Street. The sake bar requires a minimum spend of 40 dollars per guest. A Pre Theater Course costs 107 dollars and is offered until half past six PM. Opening hours run Tuesday through Sunday from 5 AM to 10 PM, with Monday closed.
