Bottomless East Village Omakase With Toro and Sake
Sushi counter energy meets continuous pours in a tight room built for a quick, loud dinner.
🍣 Fast Counter Energy
Slide into the counter at 23 Avenue B and the pace starts immediately. Chefs work seasonal fish sourced from Japan in front of you, while the compact room stays tight, loud, and tuned for a quick meal.
The draw is the rhythm. SourAji opens with a 12 piece omakase course, pairs it with continuous pours of sake, plum wine, and Japanese beer, then keeps going with unlimited tuna, toro, and wagyu nigiri. The room is open Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 11 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 3:30 PM, then 5:30 PM to 10 PM.
Keep pace with the small pieces and leave nothing stranded. Counter seating runs tight for groups, and pairs or solo diners fit the format. The unlimited rounds come with a surcharge for leftovers, and the smaller cuts keep each round easy to finish.
