Wood fired pizza is the starting point at Ainslie, a converted Brooklyn warehouse at 76 Ainslie St. The Italian menu also has shareable starters, letting you put a few plates in the middle of the table. Across 10,000 square feet, the building breaks into smaller pockets rather than reading as one enormous dining room.

A cozy second floor living room gives the space a more intimate corner, while the music stays low enough for conversation under atmospheric lights. The atmosphere is geared toward long, unhurried hangouts. Beyond the indoor rooms, there is a rooftop and a beer garden with a retractable roof. Reservations can be made through the restaurant.

Opening hours run Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 11 PM, Friday from 3 PM to midnight, Saturday from 11 AM to midnight, and Sunday from 11 AM to 11 PM.
