🌿 French Mediterranean Inside The Lowell
Majorelle serves Upper East Side afternoon tea inside The Lowell, in a French Mediterranean dining room drawn from the gardens of Marrakesh. Tea service brings hot refills, unique pastries, and attentive staff, and the holiday tea runs 125 dollars per person. Out back, the garden space has a secret garden feel, complete with Dior green dinnerware.
Executive Chef David Thual leads the kitchen, applying classic French technique to ingredients that are both globally inspired and locally sourced. Seasonal dishes lean toward clean, light flavors, with red snapper tartare and parfaits decorated with edible flowers among the options. Pastry Chef Matthew Lambie is also part of the team.
The restaurant sits at 28 East 63rd Street. Dinner runs Monday through Saturday from 5 PM to half past ten PM, with an extra midday window from noon to half past four PM Wednesday through Saturday, and Sunday runs from 1 PM to 6 PM.
