South Shore Staten Island Parks for Family Walks
Waterfront marsh, woodland ponds, a lighthouse preserve and an inclusive playground fill a family day on the South Shore.

Tidal marshes meet beach walks on the southern shore here, with views toward New Jersey. Terrapins and fiddler crabs live in the area, benches line the paths for sunset, and a gazebo sits near the kayak launch and marina beside a tiny playground.
