🥕 Seasonal Produce, Two Floors

A tasting menu in Manhattan rarely moves you between rooms, yet at Oyatte the evening starts in a downstairs atelier before climbing to the dining room upstairs. Chef Hasung Lee puts farm-sourced produce at the center, working seasonal ingredients into courses with delicate textures and intricate plating.

The signature dishes include moo tarte tatin, carrot donuts, and lamb, each a highlight as dinner unfolds. A sommelier guides the wine pairings and explains every selection, which turns each glass into part of the conversation. Warm, highly attentive hospitality gives the intimate meal a personal feel, a fit for date night or a special occasion dinner.

Head to 125 East 39th Street. Oyatte serves Tuesday through Saturday from half past five to 9 PM, and Sunday and Monday are closed. Private dining and buyouts are also available for groups who want the whole fine dining experience to themselves.
