Open-Air Play Meets Virtual Golf Practice
Climb, slide, shoot hoops, or take an indoor golf session across three distinct New York settings. The two public parks suit daytime family outings, while the simulator venue adds PGA instruction for players working on technique.
Parks and Simulators
Tap Legacy in Harlem
At 269 W 150th St, Bill “Bojangles” Robinson Playground pairs a public playground with outdoor basketball courts. A mural and hopscotch markings frame the tribute to Robinson, who rose through vaudeville to become its first major African American star. Entry is free, and daily hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Children can climb and slide while players use the courts for a neighborhood game. The listed schedule supports daytime visits.

Stonework for Young Visitors
Entry is free at Billy Johnson Playground. The grounds are open daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. M. Paul Friedberg shaped the play space to echo the surrounding terrain of Central Park. Granite slides recreate the feel of rock outcrops, including a 45-foot slide. The layout includes a mini Gapstow Bridge, planted trails, and a wooden shelter for pre-school and school-age children. Custom elements replace standard playground equipment throughout the design.

Swing Sessions on Thirteenth Avenue
BKLYN SWING brings indoor golf practice to 7613 13th Ave in Brooklyn. Four simulators support practice, play, and lessons one mile from Dyker Beach Park and Golf Course. TrackMan simulators enable virtual rounds, while PGA coaching offers instruction for players working on their technique. The venue welcomes public visits seven days a week. Hours run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. The facility suits scheduled practice or group play.
