Designed by pioneering landscape architect M. Paul Friedberg, this play space swaps standard equipment for custom elements that echo the surrounding terrain. Built for pre-school and school-age children, the layout weaves in plantings, trails, and a wooden shelter reminiscent of the nearby Dene Summerhouse. Rather than standard play equipment, the granite slides are crafted to mimic the experience of sliding down the park's rock outcrops.
