Korean Tasting Menu with Eight Courses and Flame

Work through grilled fish, lavender duck, and chef special abalone in a lighter, modern take on Korean cooking.

🔥 Fire Through The Courses

Kochi takes its name from the Korean word for skewer, and Chef Shim's first solo project turns Korean street food and royal court cuisine into an eight course tasting menu on 10th Avenue. The progression is built to eat lighter than typical American style Korean dishes, with a modern execution that steps away from traditional comfort food.

Grilled fish and meats carry the flavors of the flame, while complex spices layer from course to course. Along the way, look for tofu with asparagus soup, lavender duck, and a chef special abalone, each one changing the pace of the meal.

The Hell's Kitchen dining room holds a Michelin star, and dinner is the only service. Doors open at 5 PM daily, with the kitchen wrapping at half past nine PM Sunday through Thursday and at 10 PM on Friday and Saturday. Plan on a full, unhurried evening to move through all eight courses.
