Founded by Chef Hooni Kim, this Hell's Kitchen destination serves modern Korean small plates and soju in an intimate, moody setting. The menu pairs traditional staples with inventive creations, featuring homemade silky tofu with tempura flakes, bulgogi beef sliders, crispy scallion pancake beignets, and a seven-course tasting menu known as Danji's Greatest Hits. Ingredients are carefully sourced: meats are raised without antibiotics or growth hormones, fish are wild-caught from sustainable stocks, and dishes are prepared without chemical flavor enhancers like MSG alongside organic and local produce whenever possible.
