Hungarian and Persian Dining Meets French Brunch
Sip martinis in a compact Upper East Side restaurant where American classics sit alongside a global menu.
🍷 A Menu Across Borders
Bread N Wine brings Hungarian and Persian cooking together with French brunch on the Upper East Side. American classics share the menu, too, for an appetite that refuses to stick to a single cuisine. At 1417 Lexington Avenue, the restaurant keeps things compact, with just a few tables in a peaceful neighborhood setting.
Thin crust pizza and all day breakfast give you two different starting points. Sandwiches, soups and salads widen the choice, while martinis and wine cover the drinks. You can settle in Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Jazz runs Tuesday through Friday from half past six PM to half past nine PM, bringing live music into the evening. There are ways to take the meal beyond the dining room, too. Takeout and delivery are available for lunch or dinner, and the restaurant also offers catering.
