Lithos brings Greek cooking to 151 Maiden Lane, with grilled octopus and tender lamb chops giving this FiDi restaurant its classic starting point. Named after the Greek word for stone, it pairs traditional Mediterranean techniques with a contemporary touch. Start with tuna tartare or halloumi, then look toward seafood orzo or grilled barbecue kebabs for a different direction across the menu.
There is an outdoor patio as well as a warm, welcoming space inside, with cocktails on the bar menu. The brunch special costs 25 dollars per person, adding an option for a weekend meal. Group dining is also available for occasions that bring more people to the table.
Lithos opens Monday through Friday from half past eleven AM to 11 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 11 PM, with weekend brunch from 11 AM to half past three PM.
