Four SoHo and NoHo French Bistros for Date Night
Escargot on two menus, a pepper-crust burger, circular croissants and a tin-ceilinged brasserie that opened in 1997.

Keith McNally opened this brasserie in 1997, mixing Parisian style with old New York details such as a tin ceiling. Raw bar towers, escargot, onion soup and steak frites anchor the menu, served with bread from the adjacent Balthazar Bakery. Brunch runs on weekends.
