Carson Kitchen

Housed in the repurposed mid-century John E. Carson Hotel, this downtown restaurant brings together reimagined comfort food and approachable fine-dining ingredients. Founded in 2014 by Cory Harwell and the late Chef Kerry Simon, the space features a contemporary bar, community tables, an outdoor rooftop patio, and an open kitchen expo counter where guests can watch the staff work. The menu centers on creative small plates and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, with highlights such as deviled eggs finished with caviar and bacon chunks, and pork belly paired with Buffalo blue beurre blanc.
