Approachable Omakase Centered on Fresh Tuna and Handrolls

Book an afternoon or evening omakase on Amsterdam Avenue, with sake pairings and extra pieces on offer.

Start with 13 initial pieces.

🍣 Thirteen Pieces to Start

Start with 13 initial pieces at Tsumo, including chu toro, akami, and wagyu, then decide how far to take the omakase from there. Fresh tuna anchors the course, handrolls round out the offering, and sake pairings are available alongside it. The omakase comes in at around 60 dollars.

When the first round has you ready for more, you can add extra pieces afterward and keep the sequence going at your own pace. The setup stays low pressure from start to finish, and the format suits a group dinner as easily as a meal for two on the Upper West Side.

Find it at 782 Amsterdam Avenue. Service runs Tuesday through Sunday from 2 PM to 4 PM and again from 5 PM to 10 PM, with Monday closed, which leaves room for a late afternoon tasting between errands or a full dinner once the workday wraps.
