A Nolita Mediterranean Wine Bar Built for Lingering

Share butterflied dorade and cocktails at a Nolita wine bar with a short Mediterranean menu and no rush.

Settle in for a second glass.

🍷 Short Mediterranean Menu

Boni & Mott keeps dinner on Mott Street unhurried, a Nolita Mediterranean wine bar with a short menu of familiar plates, each carrying a small twist. Start with butterflied dorade, citrus glazed lamb chops, Hiramasa tartare, or the house mussels, then stay on with cocktails or wine.

The compact room reads polished rather than formal, and a quiet corner nook gives a pair somewhere to retreat. Nobody pushes the table along, a pace that suits a second bottle and another round of small plates. In summer the room adds open air seating.

The kitchen runs Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 PM to 11 PM, Thursday and Friday from 4 PM to midnight, Saturday from noon to midnight, and Sunday from noon to 11 PM, with Monday closed. At 238 Mott Street, a late weekend table is still within reach.
