Two group shows share one converted warehouse this month, with weekend hours running from early afternoon into the evening.
🎨 Design on the Gallery Walls
Culture Lab LIC is a nonprofit founded by artists in 2021, and it fills a 12,000 square foot converted warehouse in Long Island City with exhibitions, performances and community programs. Through November 1, Form & Function, curated by Dawn DeVito, treats graphic design as fine art, and the IRVA Art Collaborative Group show, curated by Bob Roher, shares the space.
The gallery opens Thursday and Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Entry is through the parking lot on 46th Avenue. On Fridays, a Sunset Jazz set starts at 8:00 PM inside the gallery.
