East Village Baths, Pasta and Park Stops
Russian and Turkish Baths on East 10th Street
Russian & Turkish Baths opens the route with five saunas and a cold plunge. Facility use, massages, and treatments are walk-ins only. Single admission costs 60 dollars. Weekday hours run from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Friday evenings tend to get crowded. Lockers hold work bags and shoes. The traditional oak leaf treatment offers another option. Before heading to Pasta Rullo, you can choose borscht or pelmeni at the counter-service eatery.

Pasta Rullo on East Ninth Street
Sunday through Thursday, Pasta Rullo closes at 10:00 PM. Friday and Saturday closing is 11:00 PM. Fresh pasta is made to order. Each serving is finished inside a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. Noodles are made daily in full view. Sauces are assembled bowl by bowl in front of diners. Extra sauces, vegetables, or proteins carry additional charges. Keep the restaurant cutoff in mind before continuing to Tompkins Square Park.

Tompkins Square Park in the East Village
Benches line a paved path through Tompkins Square Park, the final stop after dinner. Dogs run freely in the large dog run. Owners can relax in shaded areas. Take a seat under the trees before the park closes at midnight every day. The greenmarket brings produce and baked goods on Sundays. Keep that visit as a Sunday option. Check event dates before planning the evening around live music or festivals.
