Pole Fitness Near Me in Roppongi: Polish's Nishi-Azabu Pole and Aerial Studio
Polish, a Tokyo pole and aerial school founded in 2011, runs its Roppongi studio at 1-5-19 Nishi-Azabu, with ¥2,200 trial lessons, ¥4,400 single classes and more than 300 lessons a week.
Polish has been teaching pole in central Tokyo since the company was founded on 14 June 2011, and its Roppongi studio is the base: the company office shares the address, 1-5-19 Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0031, on the first floor of the Nishi-Azabu 1-chome Building. Older listings still give a Roppongi 3-chome address, but the studio now sits on the Nishi-Azabu side, about a five-minute walk from Roppongi Station's Hills exit. For a pole fitness near me search around Roppongi, that is where to go.

One School, Five Studios
Polish is a chain in the friendliest sense. Besides Roppongi it runs studios in Nakameguro, Gotanda and Ginza, plus one in Naha, Okinawa, and members can use any of them. Across the network it says it offers more than 300 lessons a week, with beginner classes every day.
The menu goes well beyond pole. There are heels classes, spinning pole, aerial yoga, silks, hoop and hammock, stretching, acrobatics for people who want a back handspring, and kids' pole and acrobatics for ages four to twelve. For pole dancers aiming higher, Polish runs professional and competition training tracks and says many of its instructors have placed at international contests.
Your First Lesson, Step by Step
A trial lesson costs ¥2,200 including tax and can be booked online or by phone on 03-5412-2555. Arrive about ten minutes early; staff will meet you and show you to the changing room. For pole classes, bring a tank top or T-shirt, shorts, two towels, one for sweat and one for wiping the pole, and a drink.
Lessons start with careful stretching, then a warm-up on the pole before you try simple moves, and end with a cool-down stretch. Classes other than heels are done barefoot, and the studio asks you not to use body cream or oil, because it makes the pole slippery. Trial and single-visit payments are cashless only.
Joining on the Day Pays
Polish rewards people who sign up immediately after their trial. Option one waives the ¥11,000 joining fee and makes your first month free on the two, four or six lessons a month plans. Option two cuts the joining fee by 70 percent to ¥3,300 if you simply want to register and pay per visit.
The studio pitches pole as both a workout and a confidence boost, saying most of its students started with no sports or dance background. Its FAQ is blunt about flexibility: the stretches at the start of class are there to prevent injury, not to test you, and the beginner tricks are designed so that stiff and less muscular bodies can still learn them.
Monthly Plans and Tickets
Paying per class costs ¥4,400. Monthly plans bring the per-lesson price down: two lessons a month for ¥8,250, four for ¥15,840, six for ¥21,054, eight for ¥26,488, twelve for ¥31,680 and fifteen for ¥35,145, with unused lessons carried over for up to a year. Long-term tickets of 15 lessons for ¥49,500 or 30 for ¥95,700 suit people with irregular schedules.
Workshops and advanced classes need a separate ticket from ¥4,400. Free pole practice, where you train on your own, costs ¥1,700 a session, or ¥15,000 for ten, and a morning-only ten-session ticket is ¥10,000. One-on-one private lessons start with a ¥7,700 trial and a ¥48,000 four-lesson monthly course.
The Gotanda Beginner Unlimited Plan
Beginners who want to train often should look at the Gotanda studio on the JR Yamanote Line, on the seventh floor of the Toraya Building at 1-5-2 Nishi-Gotanda. It sells unlimited plans for newer students: ¥20,900 a month for weekday lessons ending before 6pm, ¥23,100 for weekday lessons after 6pm and ¥25,300 for any time.
The plans allow one lesson a day and cover Pole Levels 1 to 2, entry-level heels and spinning pole, stretch classes and basic acrobatics. A second lesson on the same day, a lesson at another Polish studio or a class outside that list costs an extra ¥2,200 ticket. The studio is a one-minute walk from the JR station's west exit and from Exit A1 of the Toei Asakusa Line.
Shows, Parties and the Stage
Performing is part of the culture here. Polish holds a large recital in a hall once a year, plus events in restaurants and party venues. The 2026 POLISH X'mas Party is on Saturday 12 December at Shibuya Celavi, with entrance tickets from ¥5,000 including a drink and entry limited to ages 20 and over.
Students at Level 3 and above can apply to perform, as solos, doubles or groups, on a single 45mm stainless XPOLE that is 4.5 metres tall. Applications for the Christmas show closed on 15 October, but the format repeats through the year, so ask at reception if you want a goal to train for.
Rules for Changing or Pausing
Monthly fees are charged in advance, on the 27th by bank transfer or the 20th by credit card. If you want to change plans, pause or restart, you must do it on the booking site's member page by 11:59pm on the 6th of the previous month. Miss that deadline and the old plan rolls over.
Polish carries sports-facility insurance in case of accidents, and it accepts major credit cards, transport IC cards, PayPay and LINE Pay at the studio. The Roppongi reception phone is answered from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm.
Between Roppongi and Nogizaka
Nishi-Azabu sits just below Roppongi Hills, and the studio's location puts it about six minutes from Roppongi Station's Exit 2 and from Nogizaka Station. The walk takes you past the quieter, residential side of the neighbourhood rather than the main Roppongi crossing.
Roppongi Hills and the Mori Art Museum are close by for a pre-class wander, and the side streets of Nishi-Azabu are known for small restaurants. Book an evening trial, then eat afterwards rather than before, because hanging upside down on a full stomach is no fun.
