Entered through a faux refrigerator door and a tiled vestibule, the warmly lit, high-ceilinged room holds around thirty velvet-trimmed seats, a wall of rare liquors, melting candles, and smooth jazz. Guests experience a fixed three-course cocktail menu where the first and third courses come from a preselected list—such as a dessert-inspired lime pie drink—while the middle creation is tailored entirely to personal preference through a conversation with the mixologist. While the intimate space and crafted presentations draw praise, the locked-in 90-minute pacing and lack of a la carte freedom mean an empty stomach can make the later courses a test of endurance.
