Chicago’s first meadery pours inventive honey wines, from crisp and dry to spicy, beside a leafy garden patio.
Description

Tucked into the Beverly neighborhood on the South Side, this production space ferments honey sourced from local and urban apiaries alongside a selection of traditional wines. The tasting room experience centers on four-pour flights, where staff explain the production process across unexpected profiles like hibiscus, apple pie, and peanut butter and jelly. Regular programming includes live vintage jazz and winemaking classes, though visitor impressions remain mixed regarding the food selection and indoor atmosphere.
