Union Pie Burger and Fry

Created by the Brindley Brothers as an alternative to routine concessions at Union Stage and Pearl Street Warehouse, the menu grew out of burger tastings across the East Coast. That research led to their signature beef blend, which anchors the Union Famous Slider. The space serves concertgoers on show nights alongside guests stopping by strictly for the food.
