After Work Sliders With A Signature Beef Blend

Eat at Union Pie Burger and Fry with a concert on the agenda or an evening devoted entirely to dinner.

Make dinner the main event.

🍔 Beyond The Concession Stand

Clock out and make Union Pie Burger and Fry your next stop at 33 Pearl Street SW in Washington. The kitchen serves concertgoers on show nights alongside people arriving strictly for food, giving your evening a choice between a meal before music and a meal on its own.

The Brindley Brothers created the place to offer an alternative to the routine concessions served at Union Stage and Pearl Street Warehouse. Developing the menu took them to burger tastings across the East Coast, a search that led to the signature beef blend behind the Union Famous Slider. That house creation is priced at 4 dollars. Pizza and fries prepared in the Jersey Shore style round out the food offered here.

For an after work stop, plan around opening hours of 6 PM to 10 PM Wednesday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday running from 4 PM to 10 PM.
