Description

Beyond the surf, the 3.5-acre oceanfront park offers grassy space, picnic tables, and shore access for stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and seasonal humpback whale watching. It is not good for swimming or boogie boarding, as the entry is very rocky and sharp near the coastline. For non-surfers, the draw lies in walking the shoreline, spotting sea turtles near the water's edge, or relaxing under the shade trees set back along the highway.
