🥩 Bone Marrow and Porterhouse

Premium beef and street food bites share the menu at Beefbar New York, a Tribeca steakhouse inside the historic Powell Building at 105 Hudson Street. The kitchen sources from Snake River Farms and Creekstone, and plant-based plates sit alongside the cuts.

Guests frequently single out the bone marrow, porterhouse and truffle fries. The ribeye serves two, and Angus options offer a lower-priced path into the beef list next to American wagyu. The location marks the American debut of Beefbar, with a stylish bar and private rooms designed by Humbert and Poyet that suit a special occasion.

Dinner prix fixe menus run 185 and 225 dollars. Service starts at 5 PM daily and runs until 11 PM Sunday through Wednesday, midnight on Thursday and 1 AM on Friday and Saturday, which leaves time for a late cocktail at the bar after dinner.
