Cocktail Tasting Behind A Faux Refrigerator Door
A personalized middle drink sits between two selections from a list during a fixed 90 minute experience.
🍸 Three Courses With Conversation
Young Blood occupies an intimate room at 777 G St in San Diego's East Village. A faux refrigerator door opens onto a tiled vestibule before the room reveals high ceilings and around thirty velvet trimmed seats. A wall of rare liquors, melting candles and smooth jazz establish the setting.
The cocktail sequence includes a personally tailored middle course developed through conversation with the mixologist. The first and third drinks come from a preselected list. A dessert inspired lime pie drink is among the examples, while the middle creation reflects the guest's preferences. A welcome glass of bubbly accompanies the experience.
Reservations are required through OpenTable, and the three courses follow a fixed 90 minute pace. Guests need to be at least 21 years old. Cancellation or refund is available with at least 24 hours of notice.
