Thirty-Six Drafts and Garlic Aioli Fries on Beacon Hill
Pull up where garage doors swing open to Cambridge Street and thirty-six taps meet burgers, tips, and wild game.
🍺 Where the Taps Open to the Street
Chef Brian Poe opened this Beacon Hill room in 2012, a short walk from Boston Common, and built it around two ideas stacked in the name. Taps run thirty-six deep across the bar, and the kitchen leans into tips, high-quality burgers, and wild game meats you rarely see on a pub menu. Garlic aioli fries arrive golden and salted, the kind of side you order for the table and quietly finish alone. On warm afternoons the retractable garage doors roll up along the front, folding the dining room into the sidewalk and letting Cambridge Street drift in. Cocktails hold their own next to the beer list, and weekend brunch pulls a slower, sunnier crowd. The room stays loose and casual, loud enough to feel alive, calm enough to hear your table. Thursday through Saturday the kitchen and bar push to midnight, and a late arrival still lands a full plate and a cold draft.
