4.4 (2,909)An intimate historic theater in Lakeview hosting live concerts, where heavy bass rattles the walls and a disco ball flickers off the balcony.
Description
Opening in 1912 as an affordable alternative to downtown Chicago stages, this historic Lakeview theater originally hosted vaudeville acts and touring stage shows. Today, it operates as an adaptable music venue with excellent sightlines and strong acoustics where general admission floors can get tightly packed. Visitors find upgraded bathrooms, friendly security, and a balcony featuring comfy seats alongside an ear plug vending machine near the front doors.
