Operating without a dining room, this kitchen shares a pickup counter with a Jersey Mike's and requires online ordering for pickup. Alongside the signature ssams—which can be customized as a half-and-half split of spicy pork and beef bulgogi, or ordered with tofu—the kitchen prepares rice bowls and Korean fried chicken wings coated in a medium-spicy fire soy garlic sauce.
