Led by Chef Michael Vignola, the restaurant occupies the former Chumley’s, the Prohibition-era haunt where writers like Hemingway and Fitzgerald gathered and the term “86” was born. Inside, the design balances Art Deco details with warm, layered textures. While the beef is sourced directly from small, independent ranches, the menu also features dishes like pastrami hamachi crudo, lobster spaghetti, and a fresh Waldorf salad. A curated list of rare and collectible wines completes the classic dining experience.
