The Blooming Bistro

Founded by a family with decades of Las Vegas hospitality experience from the historic restaurant The Aristocrat, the bistro directs its kitchen toward long-term stability for its crew. The program focuses on youth aging out of child welfare, people recovering from substance or alcohol use disorders, justice-involved youth, and those experiencing homelessness, backing culinary work with workforce development and social-emotional learning.
