Description
Inside the minimal, gimmick-free room, the focus belongs entirely to the counter. Each piece is served over perfectly warm rice, delivered with an intentional, unhurried pacing that makes you slow down to actually taste. The atmosphere relies on quiet confidence rather than flash.
