Two Ways to Build a Meal

Sobaya centers its cooking on handcrafted buckwheat noodles, served hot or cold in the East Village. Nubiani brings Korean barbecue to the table in Koreatown, with chefs handling the grilling and banchan alongside the beef. The contrast is in how each meal takes shape, a noodle bowl at one, a multi-course set at the other. Nubiani's beef sets include steamed egg, a choice of kimchi jjigae or doenjang jjigae, and complimentary soft serve to finish.
