🍣 Sixteen Courses At The Bar

At 464 West 51st Street, this sixteen course omakase in Manhattan turns fresh seafood into an educational tasting. Omakase by Kun Tsuki seats guests along an intimate counter where chefs present each dish directly and explain the delicate flavor combinations.

The progression moves through savory appetizers before shifting into nigiri, featuring tender scallop with yuzu, monkfish liver, chawanmushi, and toro caviar. Flounder with pickled wasabi adds a sharp contrast to rich fish, while melting textures reward patient diners across every round.

The dining room opens Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, hours include an afternoon seating from 1 PM to 3 PM, followed by evening service from 5 PM to 10 PM. Settle into the counter for an approachable multi-course meal.
