Sichuan Inspired Noodles In A Seattle Beer Garden

Eat weekend lunch at Stoup Brewing after a slow morning, with the truck opening at noon.

Let the morning linger.

🍜 A Cart With Chili Oil

Let a slow Seattle weekend morning run its course, then make Noodle Cart the lunch plan. Parked in the beer garden at Stoup Brewing, the truck has a permanent home at 1158 Broadway. It is an offshoot of the Plenty of Clouds restaurant family, with Sichuan inspired noodles at the center of the menu.

The kitchen centers on Ma La noodle soup, alongside hot and cold noodle bowls that come with a choice of protein. Pork dumplings and house chili oils round out the order, while pantry spice blends are available to take home. The per person price range runs from 8 to 19 US dollars.

The truck opens at 2 PM Monday through Friday and noon on Saturday and Sunday, closing at 9 PM daily. Walk up ordering covers dining here or taking food away, and online ordering is available for pickup.
