An offshoot of the Plenty of Clouds restaurant family, the truck is a permanent fixture open seven days a week. The kitchen centers on dishes like Ma La noodle soup and hot and cold noodle bowls with a choice of protein, rounded out by pantry spice blends to take home. Ordering works via walk-up for dine-in or takeout, with online ordering available for pickup.
