Bring your sushi crew to Mido Omakase Room in Williamsburg, where fish flown in from Japan twice weekly becomes a meal prepared in front of you. The chef uses an iPad to show photos of the fish and cuts being served, with dramatic searing effects adding a little theater.
Choose between regular and seasonal omakase, with sake and plum wine available to pair with the tasting. For a daytime gathering, weekend hours run from 12 PM to 10 PM, while weekday hours start at 5 PM.
