🍵 Inside The Gallery

Semm puts a Korean teahouse tradition inside the Sylvia Wald and Po Kim Gallery building in NoHo. The cafe pairs tea pot service with a gallery setting, an invitation to slow down over more than a quick espresso. Rotating contemporary work is curated by the gallery upstairs, which puts the drinks beside a changing selection of art.

Choose matcha, a pourover, or an espresso drink, with coferments roasted by Tera among the coffee offerings. Paninis bring a savory option, including mushroom medley and perilla pesto caprese. Build the order around a tea ritual rather than a takeaway cup, then add something to eat.

This NoHo Korean teahouse opens from 8 AM to 6 PM daily at 417 Lafayette Street, and the room seats a small group comfortably.
