🥩 Dry-Aged Steaks and Whiskey

PRIME Mēt Steakhouse & Rooftop Lounge puts a rooftop steakhouse in Flushing 12 floors above 37th Avenue, inside the Renaissance Hotel. The space spans one of the largest rooftop footprints in Queens, and the skyline view shares the bill with an American menu.

The kitchen serves dry-aged steaks, and diners single out the tender hanger steak and the tartar as the plates to start with. Seafood shares the menu, and pricing sits firmly upscale. A dedicated whiskey bar pours alongside crafted cocktails, with happy hour drinks on offer too.

On certain evenings a DJ spins to set a lively mood, and private dining and a terrace give groups another way to arrange a meal above Flushing. Hours run Sunday through Wednesday from 6 AM to 10 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 6 AM to 11 PM.
