🍜 Broth and Chashu

Kame centers the menu on signature ramen, with rich tonkotsu broths and tender chashu in the lead. Rice bowls and small plates extend the choices around the noodle bowls. Located at 330 8th Ave in Manhattan, the restaurant pairs a moody, minimalist setting with a dark color palette and soft lighting. The cozy industrial style gives the room a calm, relaxed feel and keeps attention on the broth menu.

Hours split into two service windows each day. Monday through Friday, service runs from half past eleven AM to half past three PM, then from five PM to ten PM. On Saturday and Sunday, service runs from noon to four PM, then returns from five PM to ten PM. Those windows give lunch and dinner their own place in the day, with ramen, rice bowls and small plates keeping the menu varied.
