Opened in Chelsea in 2009, this hideaway is designed like a plush parlor, complete with velvet seating, heavy privacy curtains, and an outdoor garden. Guests gain entry by ringing a doorbell and can either sit at the lively back bar—which often accommodates walk-ins—or reserve a curtained booth for a more private experience. The drink list balances well-crafted classic cocktails and original house recipes with a selection of dry, thoughtful mocktails.
