Originally started inside Left Bank restaurant in 2018, the shop draws inspiration from French sidewalk rotisseries. The kitchen focuses on boldly seasoned, 3 ½ pound spit-roasted chickens served with a flavorful jus, accompanied by house-made sauces and sides like a rich mac and cheese. For those not ordering the whole bird, there is a year-round Thanksgiving-style sandwich. The intimate space provides table and counter seating alongside takeout and delivery options.
