A Tasting Night with Purpose
Make room for more than one favorite dish. Plate by Plate New York brings 40+ culinary and beverage partners together for an evening of unlimited tastings, live entertainment and a silent auction. Project by Project’s annual benefit supports Mekong NYC, a social justice organization serving Southeast Asian communities in the Bronx and across the city.
The 2026 edition takes place on Saturday, November 7, at Lavan Midtown, 641 West 42nd Street in Hell’s Kitchen. The organizer lists the evening from 6–10 PM; VIP tickets specifically include early entry at 6 PM, so check your ticket for the arrival time that applies to you. Cocktail or formal attire is recommended.
Come for the tasting tables, then spend some time with the community behind them. The official partner lineup includes Chalong, Bibble & Sip, Ama Raw Bar, Burmese Bites and Sukh—the five places linked below if you want to keep exploring their food beyond the event.
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable, and re-entry is not permitted. Port Authority is about a 10-minute walk away; the M42 also serves West 42nd Street.
