I was accused of having a fake ID and they wasted three hours of my time. I will never return.I had a fantastic visit to the rooftop. A staff member looked after us attentively from arrival to departure with wonderful hospitality. The lively environment and great service elevated the evening even further, and I will definitely return.While the balcony views are superb, bottle service had major issues. Our table for four was placed right beside the entrance where crowds continuously stood. When we stepped away for ten minutes to dance, workers cleared out our table and discarded our half-full champagne bottle, letting strangers take the spot. We were still charged heavily for subsequent drinks. This place is overpriced for incompetent service, so avoid booking bottle tables here.This rooftop offers an unbeatable skyline view alongside incredible music and energy. A team member showed us wonderful hospitality right from when we arrived, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed all evening. That attentive care made our visit truly memorable, and I look forward to returning on my future visits to New York.The venue features a magical vibe right as you enter. After spending a fantastic evening partying here, I realized I had left my phone behind. When I called the following day, the staff had safely recovered and secured my phone.
